What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 21 years or older. Exceptions may be made for drivers 18+ with approval. A young driver fee of $99 applies and approval from Black Label Rentals is required.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. There must be a 2-hour interval after the previous trip ends before a new booking can begin.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following discounts for extended rentals:
10% off for 7-day rentals
15% off for 14-day rentals
20% off for 30-day rentals
Additionally, one extra day is free on monthly rentals.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $249 security deposit is required.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest rental: 1 hour
Longest rental: No maximum limit — rent for as long as you need
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 7.38% sales tax applies. Any applicable discounts or additional fees are clearly itemized and applied at checkout or after the trip if necessary.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 100 miles per day.
Additional mileage is charged at $0.44 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
We operate 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
Free delivery & pickup within a 25-mile radius for rentals one week or longer

What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no charge for additional drivers. All additional drivers must:

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $149 cleaning fee (additional fees may apply if damage is severe).
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.
All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device. Toll invoices may arrive 30–60 days after the rental, and must be paid promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees are assessed based on vehicle condition:
Moderate Cleaning – $49
Light spills, trash, sand, dirt, minor odors, or limited pet hair
Heavy Cleaning – $99
Large spills, heavy dirt/sand, strong odors, extensive pet hair
Severe Cleaning – $199
Biohazards, smoke damage, mold, deep stains, or professional detailing
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $299+
Multiple severe issues requiring extensive labor or third-party services
A $150 minimum cleaning fee applies if a vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Beach trips require extra care — sand and sunscreen residue may result in a $250 detailing charge.
